Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jones
Dr. Jones has practiced general dentistry since 1989. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then attended and graduated in the top one-third of her class from the Russell A. Dixon College of Dentistry at Howard University in 1987.
Dr. Jones is committed to providing quality care for her patients in a friendly and caring environment. She has served as an adjunct professor in the Restorative Department at Virginia Commonwealth University Dental School. She has also worked in corporate, private groups and a solo practice.
She is a member of The American Dental Association and The Virginia Dental Association.
She is a native of Richmond, Virginia and enjoys reading, cooking, and music.
Dr. Wright
Dr. Wright was born and raised in Matoaca, Virginia. He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. With a desire to help and serve people, he attended Howard University College of Dentistry and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
His Mission: To pursue greatness in his dental career by providing excellent patient care, being knowledgeable in the dental field, and contributing to the advancement of the dental field; to advance through his dental career with the most prestigious of professionalism, ethics, and positivity towards his patients and colleagues; to provide excellent skills, empathy, and judgment to his patients in the most professional way possible; to provide an atmosphere of comfort, respect, and trust while providing the best overall service to his patients and helping them to obtain the benefits of optimal dental health.
Dr. Kar
Dr Kar (Karen Saakyan) graduated from the International Dentistry Program from VCU in 2024. Prior to this, he received a dental degree and also obtained his Masters degree in oral surgery from First Moscow State Medical University.
Dr Kar does restorative work, root canals, crowns, dentures, impacted wisdom teeth and much more.
He loves teeth more than anything else in this world. During his free time Dr Kar enjoys outdoors, slow cars and reading (mostly about teeth).
Dr Kar believes that dental appointments don’t have to be stressful and that he is a tooth fairy.
