Dr. Amer Allaymouni
Diplomate of American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr.Allaymouni graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo. He worked as a clinical instructor at the school of Dental Medicine department of Orthodontics.
Dr. Srikanth Papisetti
Dr. Srikanth Papisetti has practiced in various parts of the United States. He believes that Virginia offers delightful scenery and some of the friendliest, kind and welcoming community members! A graduate of the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, he brings vast dental knowledge and experience to our office and we are glad to have him on the team!
According to Dr. Papisetti, “My dad is a compassionate physician and is the one who inspired me to become a health care provider. I like to learn and keep abreast of new developments in dentistry, so that I can provide the best care to my patients. I enjoy working with patients of all ages, including children and perform all aspects of dentistry including oral surgery, crown and bridge, endodontics and removable prosthodontics.”
In his spare time, Dr. Papisetti enjoys spending time with family, listening to music and traveling. He currently resides in the Midlothian area with his wife and two kids.

Dr. Pooja Sam
Dr. Pooja Sam is a compassionate dentist dedicated to building lifelong relationships with her patients through ethical, personalized care. Her approach is centered on treating patients like family while always keeping their best interests in mind.
Dr. Sam earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from OU Health Dentistry in Oklahoma City and previously earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Mission of Mercy, and Oklahoma Mission of Mercy.
Originally from Kerala, India, Dr. Sam brings a warm, multicultural perspective to her practice. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys singing in church choirs, traveling with family, and cooking flavorful Indian recipes. She speaks Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
